About your personal account on GitHub
To get started with GitHub.com, you need to a personal account and a verified email address.
When creating a free account on GitHub.com, you can also authenticate with Google or Apple - which are the supported social login providers. For iOS users, even if you have enabled the setting "Hide My Email addresses" for your Apple account, using social login will result in creating a new GitHub account.
GitHub을(를) 사용하는 모든 개인은 사용자 계정에 로그인합니다. 사용자 계정은 GitHub의 ID이며 사용자 이름과 프로필이 있습니다. 예를 들어 @octocat의 프로필을 참조하세요.
Later, you can explore the different types of accounts that GitHub offers, and decide if you need a billing plan. For more information, see GitHub 계정 유형 and GitHub 계획.

The steps in this article don't apply to Enterprise Managed Users and users on GitHub Enterprise Server. If your GitHub account has been created by your company, you can skip this article. For information on how to create an account, contact your site administrator.
Signing up for a new personal account
- Navigate to https://github.com/signup.
- Alternatively, click on Continue with Google to sign up using social login.
- Follow the prompts to create your personal account.
During sign up, you'll be asked to verify your email address. Without a verified email address, you won't be able to complete some basic GitHub tasks, such as creating a repository.
Some enterprises create 관리형 사용자 계정 for their users. You can't sign up for a personal account with an email address that's already verified for a 관리형 사용자 계정.
